Reason for winning:Our hospital's diabetes care team has achieved remarkable results in promoting insulin  treatment management, especially providing comprehensive education for patients using insulin.

Through personalized health consultation, regular tracking and adjustment of medication, we ensure that patients make steady progress in blood sugar control and reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia and the risk of complications. Improving patients' self-management capabilities is an excellent example of diabetes care, and therefore won this Excellence Award.
