(2)Professional Advancement：Chief resident training, professional advancement training in the training, nursing, medical affairs and techniques for attending physician in the first year of new promotion.

(1)Internal Learning：Voluntary study of KM and SOP via CMUH internet, use of library, e-library self-growth, internal study group, experience sharing after training.
(2)External learning：Participate in training course through self-paid/on-leave, voluntary utilization of off-CMUH e-learning to learn new knowledge, external study group, experience sharing after training, other self-enlightenment, voluntary learning…etc.
