ROSA - Assisted Total Knee Arthroplasty

Combining advanced technology with precise medical techniques, this approach enables accurate preoperative planning and intraoperative execution, offering patients better surgical outcomes and improved recovery experiences.

1. Before surgery, physicians use the proprietary X-ATLAS technology to convert preoperative X-ray images into accurate 3D models. These models are then used in conjunction with a robotic arm to perform personalized joint replacement procedures.

2. During surgery, the surgeon operates the robotic arm to perform highly precise bone cuts and implant placement, significantly reducing human error. This technology achieves an exceptional accuracy of 1 millimeter and 1 degree, effectively minimizing surgical deviations, enhancing the precision of preoperative planning, and lowering the risk of postoperative complications such as knock knees (valgus) or bow legs (varus).

3. After surgery, the use of robotic assistance helps preserve the weight-bearing muscle groups, allowing patients to get out of bed on the same day as the operation. This marks a critical foundation for successful joint replacement outcomes.
